When you ask the people in Kenya about their future, they say that they feel "no hope". Even those who are fortunate enough to receive an education experience this hopelessness, as it is hard to find work. Building Hope is a micro-enterprise that supplies small, interest free business loans to help the people of Kenya provide for themselves and their family. Those who receive the loans are assigned a mentor they meet with on a monthly basis for the term of the loan. The purpose is to provide prayer, accountability and encouragement as one begins their business. Our hope is that those who have been mentored will be future mentors to others. 

Our goal is to give the people an opportunity to build a thriving business so they can support themselves, their families and give back to their community.  In order to see how this project is making a difference in the lives of those who have received the loans, please read the "Building Hope Updates."
