Kenya Aid Organization, Fruited Plains
Fruited Plains is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization created to assist in Kenya relief efforts. With three different projects, the Planting Seeds Project, the Building Hope project, and the Caring for Kids project, Fruited Plains is making a real difference in the lives of Kenya's people by providing them with the tools to become self-sustaining.
Instead of providing handouts alone, the Fruited Plains Kenya aid organization provides sustainability solutions, like maize seed that can be planted year after year, school uniforms that enable children to get an education, even small business loans and accountability to budding entrepreneurs. Instead of providing a fleeting, one-time solution, Fruited Plains provides skills that can be used year after year, and passed down from generation to generation.

Get Involved: Ways to Give
At Fruited Plains, our three different projects provide people with three different ways to give. Donors can contribute to whichever Kenya aid project they choose (Planting Seeds, Building Hope, or Caring for Kids), and 100% of their money will go directly to that project. If you choose to give, you can do so by PayPal, and both your money and financial information is protected with secure socket layer technology (the industry standard for monetary transactions).
As a donor, you can see where your money is going by checking our project updates. We provide updates each time we visit the region (twice annually), and if you choose, you can receive those updates via e-mail simply by signing up.
